We have redefined our cleaning and safety procedures. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests.
When booking a stay with us, you can be sure that we have responsibly implemented the following measures to ensure your safety:
- Rigorous sanitisation of rooms, common areas and high-contact points (door handles, lifts, reception counters, badge, common bathrooms, breakfast room, etc.).
- Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at our front desk, breakfast room entrance, and gym.
- Provision of medical masks and gloves for our employees.
- Access to your room and Villa’s main entrances are granted with touchless electronic badges.
- Remote temperature control of our employees and of all our guests at the check-in.
- Tested (Des Controll examination) whites washing protocols at 75° C for more than 15 minutes with sodium hypochlorite and paracetic acid which guarantee bacterial load elimination from linen.
